In my younger years, I was plagued by these questions.

I came to learn that by seeking answers to these questions the gradual understanding of ‘life’ became possible and this quest was truly ‘the journey of life’.

Cultivating Yoga Wisdom provides the answers to these questions, but it is the practice of Meditation and Kirtan that give the realizations.

Journey of Life
Life is not something that just ‘happens’ to me. It is more than a series of events that I experience. The great journey of life is to discover my true inner self and find real purpose and deeper meaning to life.
Path of Yoga
The yoga processes are meant for both self-realization and God-realization. Yoga means ‘union’ and is the path by which the individual soul (ātma/self) becomes united with the Supreme Soul (Paramātmā).
Path of Devotion
Among the yoga processes, the path of devotion (bhakti) awards the ultimate spiritual experience – the awakening of spiritual love, the natural and eternal function of every soul (ātma/self) and offers the highest spiritual ecstasy.

Oh Lord, lead me from illusion into the eternal reality. Lead me from darkness into the light. Lead me from the realm of death into the nectar of immortality.
