Diving in tropical waters around reefs brings one a unique and beautiful experience. It is like entering a whole other world of colorful beauty and peacefulness.
Similarly, spiritual sound vibration can also allow us to experience a whole world of spiritual experience and transcendental wonder. The characteristic of spiritual sound is that it is not just “empty” syllables like material sound. For example, when I say “mango” the word mango does not contain the sweetness, the texture or the flavor of a mango. The word is just the name of something else and is distinct from the object named. On the other hand, spiritual sound is not like that. These mantras or spiritual sounds contain within them a world of spiritual experience and transcendental flavor. By immersing ourselves (diving into) this sound, it not only purifies us, but it gradually reveals us to a whole world of spiritual realization and experience.
