Namaste everyone. This is my humble offering to help people through this difficult time. But it is not just for this time.
The adoption of a daily meditation practice will do more than anything else to improve our experience of “life” as we know it. It gradually frees us from anxiousness, loneliness, depression, and purposelessness, and awakens us to a wonderful and joyful transcendental experience. With that comes growing understanding and insights into the great mysteries of life – “Who am I?” “Do I have an intrinsic purpose for my existence?”. The experience blossoms into a real awakening (enlightenment) and the natural blooming of the highest experience of spiritual love.
