Mantra MEDITATION – My Daily Meditation Session 1
This is a simple guided practice you could use daily which takes about 20 minutes. There are 6 minutes of Gauranga Breathing, 1 round (54 mantras) of japa meditation, and then 10 minutes of Aum-Hari-Aum kirtan you can sing along with.
There is no better way to start or end your day, and a daily practice will bring powerful change to your life.
