Mantra MEDITATION – Part 5 Developing a Personal Practice
It is important to practice regularly and even better if daily. A personal and daily practice leading to spiritual enlightenment is referred to as sadhana. It is through the regular practice of Mantra Meditation that real change takes place in our life. We will become increasingly happy and find more purpose and direction from this practice.
My suggestion is to begin with 5mins of Gauranga Breathing and then to do one or two rounds of Japa meditation. You could then end by singing along with a kirtan.
